Posted January 11, 2018 in Educational Technology News, JMU Libraries News

Digital technology is increasingly becoming the norm in college classrooms and History 422 is fully embracing it. This History class taught by Dr. Whitmer incorporates virtual reality technology, provided by JMU Libraries and Educational Technologies, to fully immerse themselves into historical buildings and environments.

JMU faculty interested in learning more about incorporating virtual reality technology into their teaching and research/scholarship may contact Kevin Hegg (heggkj@jmu.edu).
