Rhonda Reedy

Electronic Journals Specialist

About me

I work in Collections Administration.  I work with electronic journals and electronic journal collections.  This includes activation, responding to LibAnswers support calls, link resolver issues, collection updates, collection maintenance, holdings and cancelations.  I notify the Libraries when there are downtimes to journal collections, platform changes and important feature updates for the collections that I am primarily responsible for.  I assist our team with Open Athens issues and new CMC/CARES approved electronic journals.  I work with our EBSCO aggregator, ExLibris customer support and vendors to ensure that our online journals are active, accessible and accurate.
