Faculty: want to make your lectures and presentations more interactive?
You now have access to two new tools that can be used to poll your students, get real-time feedback, and actively engage your students in the material you are teaching:
- Poll Everywhere – create polls, surveys, quizzes, and more for your class or audience
- Top Hat – create interactive lectures, quizzes, polls, and more for your class
Both of these tools are available in Canvas or via the platform directly. They also both allow you to take attendance. More info about these tools coming soon!
Want help integrating polling tools into your teaching? Contact our Learning Innovations & Design Desk online or in Rose Library.
If you previously used Turning Point Solutions or clickers, both now retired, these new tools will help you complete some of the same tasks.
