Reception for Two New Exhibits in the Music Library: Sat 9/21 at 4pm

Join us for a reception to open a new double-feature exhibit in the JMU Music Library! 
 
“Beyond the Fourth Wall” is a three-dimensional art exhibit featuring the artwork of JMU student Karis Buchanan. The exhibit focuses on applying the theatrical concept of the fourth wall to instrumental music performances. 
 
“Graphic Scores” is a collection of scores that are visually and aurally stimulating. The authors of the scores are JMU Music Faculty members Casey Cangelosi, Eric Guinivan, and Judith Ofcarcik. 
 
You’re invited to the opening reception, which will be held on Saturday, September 21, 4-6 p.m., in the Music Library. RSVP not required – just drop in! Refreshments will be served.
