Love Your Data Week – Day Five

Posted February 17, 2017 in JMU Libraries News

It’s the last day of Love Your Data (LYD) Week! But what if not all data is loved? Our theme today is rescuing unloved data. Legacy data can still provide valuable information, but it may require some TLC to get it to a usable state. Visit https://loveyourdata.wordpress.com/lydw-2017/friday-2017/ for details on how to approach potentially difficult data. For local advice, visit http://guides.lib.jmu.edu/data and contact the Data Services Coordinator.

We hope you had fun learning about all the different ways you can love your data. If you have any data questions, please contact Yasmeen Shorish, the Data Services Coordinator. She provides support, information, and resources to users interested in data management, storage, and other data and data science related topics.
