Equipment and Books Moving in Early Spring Semester

We’re excited for the Carrier Library renovation and expansion, which will begin in May! We are busy preparing library services and spaces to support you while Carrier is temporarily closed for construction. Starting this month, you’ll see some changes in Carrier and Rose Libraries.

Equipment Loans, the Carrier Makery, and selected books are on the move:

• Equipment Loans – Now available in Rose Library! We recently moved this service from Carrier to Rose. Learn more about Equipment Loans moving.
• The Makery in Carrier – Now available by appointment only. Much of its equipment is being moved to The Makery in Rose Library. Learn more about changes to The Makery.
• Selected books – Professional movers will soon relocate the books with call numbers starting with G, H, J, K, or L (and all reference books) from Carrier to Rose. Learn more about changes to collections during Carrier Library renovation.
