Portraits from acclaimed artist Robert Shetterly’s Americans Who Tell the Truth series are being showcased at JMU and Massanutten Regional Library this fall, and we are honored to co-sponsor and celebrate this effort with our book display. Featuring subjects who exemplify courageous citizenship, the project focuses on “using the power of art to illuminate the ongoing struggle to realize America’s democratic ideals and model the commitment to act for the common good.”
